The Changing Landscape

In the 80's and 90's as communications grew more ubiquitous and competitive it made sense to consolidate the installation workforce and create a more efficient service distribution and management system.

Change is on the horizon and OneZerOne is on the forefront of answering those changes. Two major factors have changed the landscape;

The workforce consolidation process has led to top heavy service management companies and at the same time In the continual pursuit of more competitive pricing the industry has cut installation fees with a direct impact on the technician thus leading to the "cost cutting" use of lesser skilled technicians.

B. The internet has allowed for the creation of the "service management Portal" which handles the management issues that led to the need for top heavy consolidators in the first place. This allows smaller regional operators to function more effectively and efficiently and pass a higher percentage of the fees directly to the technician attracting highly skilled technicians back to the industry.
