About Us

We are Field Engineers and Satellite Professionals with decades of experience. We are regional in our size but not in our geography - we travel  anywhere in the US and worldwide. We continually resist that natural urge to grow our base of techs because we believe we can better serve our customers with focused well trained teams that go where your work is rather then dole the work out to tech after tech losing the project knowledge gained by the previous tech.

We have strategic partnerships with other providers should the need arise to complete a project at a faster pace then our size would allow, so in the end our customers get the best of both worlds.

Technology

Another plus of OneZerOne is the flexibility of our technology; rather then a bloated one-size-fits-few approach, we look at your specific needs and customize our solution to fit your needs. If your project requires completion photos our installer portal will have that feature, if not... If you need portal access to keep up to date with project status, then it is provided and reports can be customized to fit your needs - get data you need without combing through data you don't.

In-Field Technology

  • Our technicians travel with Cellular based internet access so they can be both, kept up to date, and keep you up to date. This allows for real time (network access permitting) updates. Your NetOps center can actually see completion photos before issuing a sign off in many cases.
  • In cases where the work is primarily out of "network coverage" we can customize our smart client that allows the technician to collect all required data electronically. That data is then uploaded automatically, even while driving, as soon as the technician reaches coverage.
