Why we get all binary about our work

Simply put... We love it... We are a group of Field Engineers and Satellite Professionals with a long history in networked communications. As communications evolve, so does our thirst to grow in knowledge of the emerging technologies.

The good, the bad and the ugly - We love the challenge and scope of a 7 meter satellite dish install in a foreign country where you often need to be able to make the right connections just to get things done. But as technology always does, the systems have gotten smaller and faster so we have adapted to be able to provide for both the large long term projects as well as the production style rollouts of today's VSAT networks. We love it all...

What's Our Model?

There are two approaches to serving this industry;

One is to have a national network of lesser skilled technicians with lots of middle management in an attempt at close oversight. The theory is you save money by having numerous techs in many locations eliminating much of the travel expense. First you bring out the best and the brightest, then once the customer is feeling warm and fuzzy you bring in the masses. Unfortunately the reality of this approach is that you have numerous techs going through the learning curve and just about the time they get it right, the work moves to the next tech in the next town. Worse yet, the money you thought you saved on travel is still spent, its just being used to pay that army of middle management (which is why they can only afford the "lesser skilled" technicians). If only it stopped there... Next thing you know it will likely cost you a bundle more for all the revisits required to clean up the mess.

Our approach is to have highly skilled techs covering larger regions which mitigates the learning curve issues. This allows a relationship to be built between our tech and your staff, building a sense of trust and comfort knowing you can walk into the boardroom and say that the project is rolling out smoothly and you expect it to continue that way.

Appreciate an Ad? Television Ads are based on broad demographics such as the time of day and the typical audience of the show. With Digital Signage there is often a more targeted audience.

eg. A digital sign in an airport would obviously be able to target travel related needs better serving both the advertiser and the consumer with relevance.
