Management Team

Steve Sawyer
NE Regional Manager - Virginia
President, CCNA

Steve started as an installer on the HiNet Pay-Per-View project in 1985 installing over 100 5m antennas at Holiday Inns. Steve was quickly promoted through the ranks. When Tridom Corp. began its first VSAT rollout, he was selected to oversee the first 20 pilot sites and then develop and document a functional SOW for the national rollout. When Comsat bought HiNet in 1986 Steve was offered a position as a Tech Lead. In less than 6 months he was promoted to S.E. US Regional Manager with 36 technicians and 1500+sites in his charge. Steve implemented a “System Tune Up” targeting the top problem issues he had identified in the field, resulting in being the first region to achieve Zero (0) open trouble calls.
Steve loves new technology and in 1991 went to work as a Sales Engineer for a cellular manufacturer. He has since held positions as Computer Operations Manager and more recently was a web based Software Product Manager and founding member of a $44MM Silicon Valley start up.

Reginald Halstead
SE Regional Manager - Georgia
VP of Operations

Reginald had a distinguished career as a military trained Satellite Communications Specialist. After military service, he installed, serviced, and maintained thousands of satellite systems while working for a Georgia based company. Earning the respect and admiration of his peers and supervisors, Reginald was tapped to head the Training Department, ensuring that his brand of high quality installations was prevalent throughout the company. He has participated in 8 State Lotteries and numerous other large rollouts. Having network experience, Reginald was an integral part of a company wide network upgrade for a large, US based company. He also helped established one of the first Wireless Broadband Internet companies in Florida. Reginald also has training and experience with fiber optic networks.

 

Thomas Bell
SW Regional Manager - Texas
VP of Finance, Treasurer

Thomas has been working with satellites since the age of 10. He has served as Director of Operations for two multi-million dollar telecommunications companies. He has a vast knowledge in the telecom industry, ranging from engineering and installation of apartment cable systems to engineering fiber pathways and coordinating the installations. Thomas has, over the last three years, partnered with his father to build a strong regional communications company that is known and respected, throughout the satellite industry. He has been involved in 8 different lottery projects and numerous satellite roll-outs.

Mikel Longe
NW Regional Manager - South Dakota
VP of Customer Service

Mikel  is a graduate of MTI with a degree in Satellite Communications. Since graduation, Mikel has worked on 12 different lottery projects and numerous large-scale VSAT rollouts. While working on these projects, he supervised thousands of VSAT installations and performed quality assurance checks, to ensure the customer the highest level of quality. He has been involved with installations, ranging in size, from .75m to 10m dishes. He also has extensive experience working with computer networks and fiber-to-home installations.

 

Scott Donaldson
Sales Manager
Project Management

Scott Donaldson has over 40 years of Satellite Earth Station (SES) experience. He has supervised over 20,000 installations including several State Lottery VSAT rollouts and other systems worldwide with antennas ranging in size from .75m to 10m.
